A number of IAEST Solutions, LLC applications are available as on-demand, web-based downloads.  In order for Windows to determine that the application is safe to install and run it requires that a valid certificate be installed.

All of the applications have available an automated certificate installation program that can be run directly from the web.  This is normally located either on the application launch page or from the customer support link that is on the application launch page.

There may be a number of reasons why an automated certificate installation may not complete.  In these cases, the simplest solution is to manually install the certificate. 

To manually install the certificate, the following general steps can be followed when using Microsoft's Internet Explorer  (each application will provide detailed information):

1. From the application support page, follow the directions to download the certificate.
2. Under Internet Options, click on the Content tab.
3. Click on Certificates.
4. Click on the tab Trusted Root Certification Authorities.
5. Click on the Import button and browse to the downloaded certificate, then import it.
6. Click on the tab Trusted Publishers.
7. Click on the Import button and browse to the downloaded

certificate, then import it.

That's it...the certificate is now installed.
